1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in Virtual Events organized by “US EXPO”, www.usexpo.org  by registering for or attending the Event, all participants, exhibitors, and sponsors agree to abide by these terms.

2. Registration and Payment
2.1. Registration must be completed through the official website or designated registration platform.
2.2. All fees must be paid in full before participation is confirmed.
2.3. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse or cancel any registration at its discretion.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. No refunds will be issued for any cancellations regardless of the time frame.
3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the Event and will provide alternative participation options or refunds as appropriate.
3.3 Since it’s a specific location/industry based event unfortunately reschedule is not an option.
But if you can’t attend, you can definitely access the dashboard to reach out to the participants and we can help you to circulate your company information via email to all participants

4. Exhibitor and Sponsor Responsibilities
4.1. Exhibitors and sponsors must comply with virtual venue regulations and setup guidelines.
4.2. Queue assignments and sponsorship packages are subject to availability and Organizer approval.
4.3. No subletting or sharing of exhibition space is allowed without prior consent.

5. Code of Conduct
5.1. All participants must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully.
5.2. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the Event without a refund or any prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property and Media
6.1. Participants grant the Organizer permission to use photographs, videos, and recordings of the Event for promotional purposes.
6.2. Unauthorized recording or distribution of Event content is prohibited.

8. Data Protection and Privacy
8.1. The Organizer will handle personal data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
8.2. Contact details of participants may be shared with sponsors or exhibitors if consent is provided.

9. Force Majeure
9.1. The Organizer is not responsible for cancellations or disruptions caused by unforeseen circumstances, including natural disasters, pandemics, or government restrictions.

10. Governing Law
10.1. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of local state where the event is held.
10.2. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of local state authority.
